This English language version is provided as a translation for informational purposes only. The only binding version is the German "Geschäftsbedingungen". While this translation should be identical, for all intents and purposes, with the German version, only the German one is binding. In any cases of discrepancies and/or error, the German version is to be considered the correct one.

Application

These terms and conditions are binding for all deliveries and orders placed with CustoScan UG (haftungsbeschränkt ) ("CustoScan" hereafter) between CustoScan and their customers. A customer can be either a natural person or a company or institution represented by one of their employees with the necessary authority.

Contract partners

Any contracts signed are between CustoScan UG (haftungsbeschränkt) , CEO Zhongjian Wang, Pfaffengrunder Terrasse 2, 69115 Heidelberg. Contract partners cannot be natural persons or any private customers. We sell to companies and institutions only.

Conclusion of Contracts

All offers on our website are not legally binding but are simply an offer to order.

By clicking the "buy" button you are making a legally binding of the products offered on the website. The contract will be binding as soon as we send you a confirmation by email immediately following your order.

Pricing and shipping

All prices are inclusive of German VAT.

All CART deliveries within the continental US are free of charge. Deliveries outside the continental US are EUR 99.00 (flat rate).

Other deliveries depend on destination and volume. Please contact us for a quote before placing an order.

Payment

Payment is by invoice only. We expect payment within four weeks after delivery. There are no discounts available.

Retention of title

Any and all products remain our legal property until payment has been made and received.

Dispute Settlement

The EU commission has created an online platform to settle disputes. This platform serves as a contact point to settle contract disputes out of court that might arise from online business transactions. For more information please refer to http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not required to nor do accept participation to arbitration as offered by this platform.
